Hesch Scholarship
When Wayne E. Hesch (AMOA President 1978-79) passed away in 1983 at the age of 43, AMOA honored his commitment to education by establishing a scholarship in his name. This would later become a catalyst and flagship program for Coin-Op Cares. Every spring since then, AMOA Members have sponsored promising students as they have applied to receive scholarships up to $1,000. Since its inception in 1985, the Hesch Scholarship program has awarded more than $1.7 million in college scholarships to students from a variety of programs and schools across the country. In 2024, $1,000 scholarships were rewarded to the following students: List of 2024-2025 Scholarship Recipients2025-2026 Hesch Scholarship Application |
